Information we process

If you contact us, we process the email address, product URL, product context, target market and other information you choose to send. Please do not send confidential personal information that is unnecessary for evaluating or delivering the service.

The website also records limited first-party conversion events, such as a page visit, opening Self-Check or starting a contact request. These events use a random, short-lived journey identifier. The conversion-event table does not contain email addresses, submitted product URLs, report content, IP addresses, user-agent strings or browser fingerprints.

How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, confirm service fit, perform agreed work, provide support, secure and maintain the website, understand whether key customer paths work and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and choices

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. The main site sends its limited conversion events to MC Lab's Self-Check infrastructure. The client respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals and does not send those events when either signal is enabled.

When you follow a link to Self-Check, Paddle and the providers named in the Self-Check privacy policy may process information for that separate product. When you email us, your email provider and ours process the message.

Retention, security and your rights

We retain enquiries, engagement records and operational records only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, support, security, dispute resolution and legal obligations. We use access controls and encrypted transport, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of personal information. Contact hello@mclab.party for privacy questions or requests. We may need enough information to verify the request.
