Is this right for my store?
It is designed for Shopify stores with one priority SKU, a public product page and a real buyer-discovery question. We confirm fit before payment.
How does payment work?
The first $99 covers the diagnostic. After reviewing it, stop with no further payment or continue with the $100 solution. We normally use PayPal Business Invoice; US clients may choose Zelle, which does not include purchase protection. Instructions come only from hello@mclab.party.
Do you need Shopify admin access?
No access is needed for the diagnostic. If you ask us to implement changes, we request only the minimum access after a separate scope is approved.
Can my team implement the changes?
Yes. The artifact is designed for you or your Shopify team to use. MC Lab implementation and ongoing monitoring are separately quoted.
Do you guarantee rankings or citations?
No. Visibility, citations, rankings and traffic are controlled by each AI platform. We improve the underlying conditions for accurate understanding and retrieval.
What if a stage is late?
You may cancel a delayed stage and receive a refund for that stage. Time waiting for client information, feedback or payment is excluded.
